Moriones Festival
The Moriones Festival in Marinduque, Philippines is a folk-religious event held annually during Holy Week, showcasing the cultural heart of the country.

3. Carlo Calma’s Diyosa by Ballet Philippines
The ballet takes place in the realm of our mythical pre-Hispanic gods and goddesses (dubbed the “Diyosa Universe”), where they come to life through distinctive elements of daily life in the modern world.

Favorite part of your job: I get to watch and enjoy a comedy show together with the audience.

The last show is always the best show for me because I got to perform for a packed room filled with people who loves comedy!

Any upcoming events you're excited for and why?
Very excited for all of the weekend shows from Comedy Manila since it's always a different line up of comedians and also for the many more upcoming comedy specials in the Philippines!

Name a favorite movie or song you're liking recently:
Recently saw and like the movie "Pinball The Man Who Saved The Game" very funny and inspiring to see someone fight for a game he loves.

How did Filipinos modernize the Holy Week practice of Visita Iglesia?

Answer: With the Filipino creativity and passion for sustainability, Bisikleta Iglesia was presented as a modern approach to the Visita Iglesia where bikers, their peers and families would tour around the country to visit 7 churches as part of Catholic Lenten tradition. This annual event every Lent allowed Filipino Catholics to balance spirituality and wellness altogether.
