Name: Kerith De Ocampo

Role: Product Owner at Eskwelabs

Describe your role: We actually provide data training, AI training and coding training for individuals and also for businesses. We custom build these trainings to enlighten our clients about technology-driven processes that will help them in their careers.

Favorite part of your job: I get to talk to lots of new people. I get to talk to new businesses because basically as I’ve said we custom build our trainings. There are lots of stuff I can explain to them, stuff that they can be interested in because it is not really a fixed training that I have to tell them. But really, we can go beyond what they need and meet them where their data skills are in lack.

Best performance you ever had and why?
In my company I go to different events. I really love talking to university students. They’re really fun to talk to. They’re so interested in the bootcamps. I also play music with my brother so we go to different provinces and in parts, so I love doing that as well.

Any upcoming events you're excited for and why?
I’ll be in the 50th Philippine Business Conference and AI Academy for HR International Congress. I am also helping our company work on our 5th Anniversary Event.
